Great North City Games: Allyson Felix wins on return 10 months after giving birth

After giving birth by winning the Great North City Games 150m US sprinter Allyson Felix marked her return 10 months.
Six-time Olympic winner Felix, 33, beat Britain’s Ashleigh Nelson and Beth Dobbin at 17.37 moments in Stockton.
Richard Kilty won the men’s 100m at 10.57secs on a track built on the town’s high road, within an all-GB area.
While the women’s mile was won by Eilish McColgan britain’s Abigail Irozuru ensured the women’s long jump name.
It was a British clean-sweep in the men’s 150m, using Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake’s period of 15.43secs sufficient to edge out Harry Aikines-Aryeetey along with Kilty who had been rushing in his own hometown.
Meanwhile, at the Tees Valley, Paralympic winner Jonnie Peacock edged Germany’s Felix Streng in the men’s IPC 100m at 11.53secs, with Greece’s Michail Seitis taking third.
GB’s Sophie Hahn won the IPC 100m race of the women , beating the Netherlands’ Marlene van Gansewinkel along with team-mate Sophie Kamlish.
