Bury given two-week reprieve as winding-up order adjourned

A judge has adjourned a bid.
English Football League officials expelled the team in August after directors failed to demonstrate they could pay debts.
The team were left to the brink of liquidation this week after a buyer stopped their interest prompting fans group Bury to announce they wouldnt keep their legal fight to stop the HMRC winding-up request.
Judge Mark Mullen analysed Burys situation on Wednesday.
Lawyers representing HM Revenue and Customs had made an attempt to wind up.
The judge said hed reconsider the situation.
Back in Junethe judge had additional debts and had discovered that nearly # 1m was spent by Bury in taxation.
Bury won promotion in the conclusion of the 2018-19 campaign, on Sky Bet League One, English footballs third tier.
Strategies for a phoenix club are in place, which will need to apply to the FA for entry next season.
